It has been washed and is ready to ship to wear and has a lot of life left to it. Priced accordingly, price is firm unless bundled. All buttons are attached nicely. Elastic smocked lower back detail is in good condition. Fabric has wash wear, pilling etc. There are light areas of discoloration towards the lower front hem. The inside strap (when turned inside out) has a surface pull. The brand tag “Cooperative” is frayed. Size tag was removed. Measurements are provided in the photos. Fits my size XS mannequin perfectly.
