Aqua ruffle sleeve blouse

I bought this new a few years ago. I think I’ve worn it once… it is so cute it zips on the side. It fits a small. I am a small medium, and it still fits me. I put on some pounds and it works better for a small P to p 19 1/4” Length 23”
