Antique Diamond Match Company Mayo Torch Great Graphics Vintage Tin Box 1900s

Antique Mayo Diamond Torch tin from the Diamond Match Company from the 1900's. Does not come with matches. Has patina but in-tact. The advertising on the top of tin reads "The match that won't go out - Burns 15 seconds - Excellent for launches, yachts, motor cars, automobiles, life saving service and R.R. lanterns". The tin measures approximately 2 1/4" by 4 1/2" by 1 1/2". The paint on the tin has worn from age. Tin opens and closes. There is a striking surface on one end and raised notches.
