This Hemant & Nandita dress is stunning! Bias cut so shape accentuating with beautiful bell sleeves. It can be dressed up or down and is very comfortable. The fabric is silky and lightweight. Not sheer where you have to wear something under it but it is not completely solid either. Only worn once, drycleaned.
