Gold-tone Carved Cameo Brooch

Elegant cameo brooch featuring a classic cream design set in a gold frame. I believe the metal is a gold plate or perhaps pinchbeck. The frame is etched and really pretty, though slightly worn and tarnished. It has a lovely antique feel. Found in my grandmother’s jewellery box.
