This is the most stunning dress of the season! A hot item with every boutique store, it’s been sold out for months. Brand is TCEC but I purchased it from Avara. This is 100% brand new and never worn but Avara sent it to me without tags (as they are unfortunately known to do). Dress is 100% cotton with a rayon lining. Has pockets and a back zipper. Cute ruched ruffle detail down the bust. Has no stretch (may not be great for bustier gals). Waist is slightly higher but not quite an empire. Pit to pit is approximately 18 inches, waist is 15 1/2 and length is 51. This dress will stun you in person it is so beautiful!
