@lyssorensen Hi! I would not consider this heavy enough to be a winter coat, but it would also depend on where you are located! I’m in the north so for me this isn’t warm enough. But since Free People’s sizing is generous this can absolutely be layered over sweaters and vests to make warmer if a heavy winter coat isn’t necessary.
