is it flowy or loose around the thighs and butt or does it fit slim in those areas?

So the waist is fitted but as you move down pants they become looser. The thighs are loose and flowy. The fabric gives a nice definition to the top half of the butt, without it being tight. The bottom half of the butt becomes looser and more flowy though.
