We acquired a large collection of Waechtersbach Christmas items from a locale estate here in Huntsville, AL (The Rocket City) After WW2, German Rocket Scientist Wernher Von Braun was brought to the US to help with the Space Program and "The Race to the Moon" Von Braun brought a number of other rocket scientist with him and they settled in our neighborhood and worked @ NASA, just a few miles away. While many of those folks are no longer with us, their families are and Huntsville has a large German population. This Red Mug is approximately 4" high & 3" in diameter Wonderful maker's mark on the bottom SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS...ALWAYS!!!
