Vintage Pocket Watch Not Working Or Running For‎ Parts Or possible Repair Only

Watch is not working, i don't know if it will ever work even with battery. Sold AS IS. Not running. For parts or possible repair. Black material part is heavily scratched, not smooth has been bent and near dry rot. Has some knicks in fabric down to the silver. Also the black connection to the watch itself is torn and bent. From a smoke free and pet free home.
