60's Vintage Dress, XS/S, Bright color, Ruffle neck/Cuffs, Abstract Floral

True Vintage! See measurements - I can't find any tag. It appears to have been handmade. Ruffle Dress, fits like an Extra small or small. Feels like nylon, no care or content tag. Abstract Floral or circle print in psychedelic neon pink and other bright colors. Metal back zipper. (Jodan?) Mid length sleeves with ruffles just above the cuff. V-neck with ruffles also. Sleeves are very slender, particularly near the ruffle cuff, see measurements. Measurements - flat (All measurements in inches) Shoulder, seam to seam - 14.75 Underarm to underarm - 18 Length, from center of back (bottom of collar if present) - 39.5 Cuffs - 4.5 D13
