Antique Carved Green Turbo Shell Basket

This little basket, including the handle, is carved from a single Green Turbo Shell. The intricate details are beautiful as the cuts reveal the pearl like interior. I was only able to find one other similar to this during my search. It appears that there were flowers painted on it at one time but they are mostly rubbed away. Such a unique, rare item! Measurements in photos. Please refer to images as they are part of description. No noted chips or cracks. Typical signs of wear such as minor rubbing or surface scratching. The crack along the handle/bridge appears to be very old, possibly made during the original carving of the basket and doesnt compromise the integrity of the handle. (See last picture)
