Hi, does this have stretch to it? And can it be washed, versus dry cleaned? thx

Hi, it is stretchy. The care tag says hand wash cold/ line dry or dry clean. I have 2 WHBM jackets in this exact same fabric & I machine wash them on cold & hang dry - they come out perfect every time. I use linen bags to protect my (nicer) things like this in the machine.
