Arizona Jean Co. Size XXL Smocked Ruffled Dress NWT

This dress is ruffled at the bottom and features smocking on the bodice. The straps are wide and elastic. For winter wear I imagine a long, open front sweater in cream or brown over the top. The fabric is 100% Lenzing Ecovero Rayon. Easy care wash and dry. Shoulder to hem is 48 inches. Underarm to underarm is 21 inches.
