@ctygrl Thank you for your interest. It’s a man’s shirt but I’m sure a woman could wear it. I usually go down a size in a man’s shirt depending on the desired fit. For example in Ladies I wear a L so typically in a men’s shirt I would buy a M and it’s roomy enough for me. I don’t like my t shirts form fitting. I hope that helps!
