@courtneysmit267 Well I didn’t buy pairs that weren’t so I can’t relate to your comment. If they weren’t soft and had stretch I didn’t buy them. They are not 100% cotton and I don’t remember the elastane percent (aka the STRETCHY material). I also didn’t buy ones painted on to begin with tho.
