Condition is excellent vintage pre-owned. Nice black and charcoal gray partially lined Harris Tweed blazer. Tagged size 40L. Can’t tell if the sleeves were ever altered so here are the measurements. Arm pit to cuff 17.5” Shoulder to cuff is 25”. There is fabric in cuff if needs to be let down.
