Lululemon Wunder Train High-Rise Tight With Pockets 25” Size 10 Water Drop

This is the Wunder Train High-Rise Tight with Pockets by Lululemon. It is a size 10 and I believe the color is Water Drop. There is a section of stains on the front left leg (pic 4 and 5). I have no idea what it’s from. I’ve tried washing it and it’s still there. I wore them as work pants around the house but they’re too big now. Smoke free and pet free home.
