Hello, received the bag, there was no mention that the bag doesn’t have any way to close it on top! Is it missing something. I own many Kipling bags and have never seen this.

@dellgoodman oh, I’m sorry. There are pictures for reference. The bag is practically new. My sister used it once if ever…nothing was removed from the bag. What would you like me to do?
