Blue velvet stretch trousers

Women’s blue stretched trousers velvet fabric. Lightly worn with pockets and belt detail. The belt is detachable. They are small but I would say they fit more like a medium could even fit an 8 to 10 waist which is what I am. And they are capris in the sense of they sit at your ankles. I am 5 foot seven for reference. They are very soft.
