Unique Vintage Blue Retro Top - NWOT

Unique Vintage Blue retro fitted top. Runs a little small with minimal stretch. Can be worn on or off the shoulders. Top has reinforcement to avoid slipping when worn. Top is new, never worn, simply tried on for fit. I did remove the tag thinking I would come around to wearing it but never did. Size L Fabric: Polyester
