This piece of material buttons on the inside and can be removed. Pleated peach and white skirt has an elastic waist. Skirt is checkered or plaid. Made in USA. Top/Jacket 55% Rayon 45% Acetate. Dry clean only. Skirt 52% Acetate 48% Rayon. Top armpit to armpit is 21” across front Shoulder to side hem is 23” long. Hem is curved and I believe front is longer than back. Skirt waist 30” stretching to 22”. Skirt length is 27” long. The left shoulder pad doesn’t like to fold.
