@pilar_h2345 hi! I’m not 100% sure I noticed it a while after wearing it last. I feel it could be removed I just haven’t tried. It’s not oil or water.

Are you able to show a clearer photo of that mark on the front? Is that part of the suede missing? Also can you take photos of the bottom of the bag?
