This was made in Italy in the 1970’s by a prominent jewelry maker 3 Erre di Riamondi Remo & Roberto S. d. f. in Torri Di Quartesolo, Italy. It is signed by the jeweler on piece and maker tag with 925 Italy, a star ⭐️ , 613 VI. It has a soft gold plating along with a turquoise colored enamel. Very beautiful piece.
