@islandlizzie The waist is 'hidden elastic' and when laid flat it is 38" around but it does stretch for slightly larger or smaller waists I would say 36" to 39" comfortably. Thanks for checking out my closet!

@lindaclark15 the inseam measured from the center crotch down the inside leg to hem is 29 inches. The length from the outside top of waistband to hem is 39.5 inches.
