Sorry for the late response! It's about 11.5 inches wide, 9.5 inches tall. Im not exactly sure what the part is in the middle. Its hemmed nicely around the edges it doesn't look cut unintentionally. Maybe there was some plastic removed like an ID holder but there isnt damage or remnants of that on the edges.
