eu4ic @eu4ic they really band works by targeting the median nerve on the underside of your wrist. It generates a signal that travels the neural pathways to the brains nausea center. It's effective. It had been since 1982 that I had taken a cruise due to severe motion sickness. I did not feel sick the whole time on our cruise. There is a button that you press to select one of five intensities. Feels a little weird at 1st. A gel came with it, but I never used it. They worked just fine without it.
