kamilynnmann @hmwhite1107 Hello! I bought this top and you haven’t responded to any of my private messages or comments on your post. Can you please respond? It’s rude to ghost a paying customer and also not ship out my item! I don’t work well with sellers who refuse to communicate. At this point I think it would be best if you canceled the order. As a buyer I expect the seller to either ship promptly or communicate when you will be able to ship. You seem unable to do either of those.

kamilynnmann @hmwhite1107 It seems like this is your very first sale. What a crappy way to start out! Looks like you would like your first and only review to be bad. It’s not that hard to ship the item I bought from you. Looks like you were active yesterday but ignored all my private messages and comments as well. Why do you even have a posh closet if you can’t ship or respond to a customer that bought something.

kamilynnmann @hmwhite1107 If I knew I was going to have to chase after you and beg you to ship the item (I already paid for) I would have never bought this and I would have blocked you immediately. This is one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve received from a seller on here. What i’m asking from you is not hard. JUST COMMUNICATE If you are unable to ship. And if you can ship just do it!

kamilynnmann @hmwhite1107 I asked if you could please ship before tomorrow when post offices are closed. you refuse to ship my item you also ghosted me right after you accepted my offer. How can you possibly want your reputation as a seller to be this bad???? I’ve already contacted the other ppl who liked this item to tell them my experience. it’s not worth this whole hassle! since this is your first sale I can tell you how to cancel or posh can.
