The green half looks almost like Jade, but I didn’t want to call it Jade without being 100% positive so I’m assuming it’s an agate of some kind. Pretty self-explanatory. The chain that it’s on is free. Looks like it was plated copper at one point but it’s worn off. You can replace it.
