Anthropologie Mes Demoiselles Montserrat Dress Embroidered Puff Sleeves Midi NWT

Anthropologie Mes Demoiselles Montserrat Embroidered Midi Dress French Russian / Mexican influence in design NWT - but has some small not very noticeable pulled threads in inside puffed arm area. Size 0 Very Oversized in upper body and sleeves. Like a Medium in the waist and hips. Prob could fit a tall woman with wide shoulders but hips 39" or smaller so the skirt swings loosely. A true WORK OF ART! NOTE: I never wore this but it was tried on at ANTHRO (it might have been a store return) and it got a bit pulled here and there with the threads. SEE PHOTOS 12 + 13: You can see some pulled gold threads on sleeves - not noticeable unless you are lighting the dress and photoing it. ALSO this dress may have come with a black string belt but when I purchased it the belt was not included. So I am selling this as I purchased it from ANTHRO - I never wore it because my hips measure 40-41" and the hip area is exactly 40" with no give to it so it grabbed me too much instead of flowing.
