Vintage elegant party, NYE, holiday 60s mini dress, velvet, satin, silver size 0

This elegant vintage dress was my aunt’s passed down to my mother when she was in her 20s (she is now 85). Breakfast at Tiffany’s party vibes. The dress fits a size 00 or 0. My sweet niece is modeling the dress and she wears a size 0. I wore the dress until I hit my 50s… ha ha ha. Regardless of how short it is, the elegance makes it classy rather than “sexy,” although with beautiful legs it is quite alluring. Velvet top portion White satin bottom with beautiful vertical stripes of silver thread in excellent condition (no broken or frayed threads) Beautiful rhinestone encrusted buttons Not intended to be fitted in the waist (model and dress form waist is 24” and bust is 34” for reference). Approximate measurements are below: Laying flat: Pit to pit: 32” Length from top of shoulder to hem: 30.5” If you look closely you’ll see wear under the arms that isn’t noticeable when worn. The zipper works well. There is a hook at the top of the zipper that could be easily sured up. I don’t see a brand name, but I know my aunt had very nice clothes.
