Also, the description says the pants are blue, but they look black in the photos. Could you please confirm the color for me?

@erikahuazano Yes! It is 14" across. The color is a darker blue, the lighting in my first 2 photos is a bit dark (sorry!). Hopefully you can get a better sense of the color in the last two photos I just posted
