The blue on this shines and like liquid. The cups have underwire and no padding. Adjustable straps and band. Rhinestones at strap and center of chest. I've seen some other posts with this top calling it a swim top but It seem pretty thin and a tad sheer to me to be a swim top. Possibly could be worn that way as well. Very beautiful no flaws noted. size 36B
