Jessica Howard Dress, Black with Gray Polkadots, Size 8, Fit and Flare, Retro

Darling dress by Jessica Howard in a black tulle with various sized gray polka dots. Size 8 but do see measurements below. Ruched bodice and full skirt. Zipper up the back. Polyester. Excellent preowned condition. No issues to note other than some white marks on the underside of the lining of the skirt, completely unseen when worn.
