Beautiful vintage velvet emerald green dress with floral burnout pattern.

Beautiful vintage emerald green velvet dress with burnout floral pattern on the arms, under bust and waste of the dress. No brand but does have an old interior tag saying made in the USA size small. There is some stretch to this dress, but not a lot. It does not have any zippers or buttons pulled over the head to get on. In great condition for the age, no tears or flaws that I could find.
