PRICE IS FIRM. Step out in style with these sleek black pointed toe , block heel booties! The right foot bootie has scuff marks on back of the heel. I bought these from Nanamac's Boutique online. Unfortunately, when I received them the right foot bootie has scuff marks. I am not eligible to return them because of promotion/sale. Pictures are available showing the scuff marks.
