Elegant black midi dress with vibrant lantern design. Features a flattering fit and unique style. This dress is a must-have! I tried it on once, and my boobs would not fit! I'm heartbroken. I'm a 38C, so take this into consideration. Flat waist measurement is 13 inches, 26 inches full waist measurement. There is little stretch. There is a small, straight up/down rip above the zipper. This is with the dress zipped up. Easily repaired with a few swipes of black thread or, leave it, the collar covers it perfectly. See last picture. Belt not included.
