I’m a true 38 or 7.5. Do these run a bit small since they’re only at 37.5? Why are you selling? Thank you!

@drdebstokes hi..I'm so sorry for the delayed response. I didn't see this till just now. I had my closet on vacation for a bit in December so somehow I missed your question...yes they are a US 7.5 and European 37.5 ( which is still 7.5 as far as I know) - Selling for a friend who never wore them. I've never tried them on because they aren't my size so I don't know but I don't see why they would not be the size it is marked. As far as I know, 38 is a US size 8 though. I hope that helps!?
