This sweater vest is size 4 and made by Shein. It is very gently worn, in excellent to like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It measures 18" across at the bust and is approximately 17" in length from the back of the neck. It is made with 100% acrylic and machine washable. Very nice.
