Fabulous vintage brass perpetual desk calendar made by the Park Sherman Co. of Springfield, Illinois, USA. These scrolling perpetual calendars were produced primarily between the 1940s and 1960s. Made with a brass exterior and internal steel components. A fine patina has develops on the brass over time. The day, date, and month are changed manually by turning the knobs located on either end of the calendar. At the time, this was a popular desktop accessory designed to last a lifetime without the need for replacement calendars. Keep its lifetime going!
