Is there anyway you can give me a waist measurement w/ tape measure? I wanted to know if waist reads 15, 16 or 16.5, 17 (inches). One side only. I know certain scotch and soda pant brands (ex: Stuart) fit larger than others. This way I know they will for or won’t fit. Thx !
