Perry Ellis Black Leather Portfolio Mens Breifcase used condition there is wear and the push down clasp are a little hard to push down and open and has wear on them looks like someone tried to repair the cuffs you can see the difference in colors of blacks and inside has a peice of cardboard glued on bottom looks like the hard bottom peice is missing. please see pictures measurements in pictures
