Hi @rocio1975! A Dolce & Gabbana women’s IT 44 typically fits a US size 8, with approximate measurements:
Waist: 30"
Bust: 37"
Hips: 40"
I removed the fabric tags for comfort, but based on the texture and feel, it’s likely a merino wool and cashmere blend. It is very light and soft on the skin.
