Handles and shoulder strap are in excellent condition no stains or smells in the interior of the bag. The two handles have an approximate 5 inch drop and there is a removable adjustable shoulder strap to make the bag usable as a shoulder bag or crossbody. There are two LV keys included, but the lock is not included. It has been stored in and comes with the dust bag.
