I’m not sure if you are aware that these Uggs are plastic. Reasons to why plastic or any other material uggs or other shoes may have a dent in them:
1. Heat Exposure
2. Pressure During Storage or Shipping
3. Material Memory
*SIMPLE FIX = STUFFING*
