This is a reposh - when I purchased they previous seller had this marked NWT however there are some scuffs as shown - possibly from being tried on? - regardless adds to vintage look, & in excellent condition as you can see by the soles. Lovely heirloom quality boots in a rich color - Just downsizing my closet. I believe the “M” stands for medium width. For reference I’m a women’s size 9 and these fit well on me.
