Black, semi sheer black blouse. Button down and ties in front. Has little silver and black 'gemstones' on front, back and on sleeves, but not overwhelming. wore this once for a few hours to a holiday party. Looks so cute tied over a black dress and equally as cute with dress pants and jeans. Like new condition.
