Offering two exceptional community cookbooks from the Junior League of Lafayette, Louisiana. Both spiral bound cookbooks are in EXCELLENT clean condition, with only the most minor signs of wear to the covers.
The cookbooks include lots of traditional Cajun and Creole recipes, but also so much more. This region's food influences date back to the Indigenous people, the first Spanish explorers, the French, German, Scots, Irish, English, and West Indian.
