Vintage Dark Brown Velour Ruffled Jacket by Think Tank Size M * NWOT

NWOT * This is a pretty dressy jacket that would be lovely for an evening out. It is in dark brown velour with ruffling down the front and around the back. There are two pockets on the front which have not been opened. It is beautifully lined in dark brown and it closes with three large hooks & eyes. The cuffs can be folded up for sleeve adjustment. It measures 22" in length from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem and 18.5" from armpit to armpit. The waist is 16" across.
