Size chart is in photos and it’s super stretchy across the waist because it has a drawstring but I can look at exact measurement tomorrow. :-)

Yes they were worn, not many times though the scrunch butt thing wasn’t for me. I also don’t do cardio I only lift so I don’t sweat profusely or anything. I’d never sell something that was in poor condition. :-)
